Will I receive confirmation that my child is enrolled? |
Yes, you will receive a confirmation sent to the email address listed on your application (preferably a parent/guardian email). Please be sure to add (JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) to your list of qualified senders in your address book to avoid missing any important details. Enrollment will only be secured when both the completed application and payment for the camp in full has been received. Please read your confirmation thoroughly as not to miss important information.. |

What is the basic daily schedule at camp? |
Please note that the following schedule is a rough idea of each day at a Soccer Extreme day camp. The actual schedule is determined by our camp director and is affected by variables such as weather conditions and skill level of players
8:45am: Arrival/Registration
9:00am: Dynamic warm up
9:15am: Footskills and Technical Training
10:15am: Small sided games (3v3/4v4)
11:00am: SE Kids camp closes
11:15am: Camp games
12:00pm: Half Day camp closes/Lunch (Full day camp)
1:00pm: Small Sided World Cup Tournament
2:45pm: Review Day/Information for Tomorrow
3:00pm: Players are dismissed

What items does my child need to bring to camp? |
You child should come to camp on the first day ready to play soccer. Equipment should include soccer uniform, (shirts, shorts, socks) shin guards and cleats. Other important items to pack include water bottles, lunch (full day campers),sandals/flip flops and a weather proof clothing. |

What is Soccer Extremes inclement weather policy? |
Please note that our summer day camps are outdoor events and are sometimes effected by adverse weather. Our policy is to train in rain however In the event that activities are suspended by thunderstorms and lightning, the camp director is responsible for the safety of players at the camp and you should take down his/her contact number when you arrive for registration. Soccer Extreme makes every effort to make up any lost time due to field closures that occur prior to the start of the day. You will be informed by our camp administrator to any changes that are made to the camp schedule via email. |

Do you provide lunch for the children? |
Soccer Extreme does not provide lunch for the players unless indicated on the camp brochure. We ask all full day students to bring a packed lunch and snacks. |

Does my child need a Medical Form? |
A medical form/waiver is essential for your child to attend camp.
This must be sent in no later than June 1st. If your child's doctor's appointment is scheduled for a date later than this, please fax the form in as soon as it is filled out to 860-355-1288. Please be aware that the form must be filled out completely in order for your child to participate in camps. If your child has a medical form from school or another camp- you can attach this to our form- but be sure to complete the top portion, the insurance portion, and the waiver on the bottom of our form. My child is unable to attend the camp...What is Soccer Extreme's refund policy? |
For all day camps a $25 management fee will be incurred. Cancellations made 15 days prior to camp are subject to a 50% refund and also 50% credit to attend Soccer Extreme Camps in 2012, less the cost of the $25 management fee. We reserve the right to manage all refunds on an individual basis |
