The Staff
In 2008 John was inducted into Connecticut Girls Soccer Coaches Association “Hall of Fame.” Over the past 17 years, John has helped with the development of seven players who made the U.S. Youth National Team and assisted thousands of young players in realizing their full potential and reach the highest ranks of college and pro soccer. In addition to directly participating in youth coaching, John also oversees a staff of 40 professional coaches at Soccer Extreme.
While at college, Craig became involved with coaching youth teams, including coaching the St Giles U15 Girls Premier team to a South Carolina state championship. Craig furthered his coaching licenses by gaining his USSF A and NCSSA Premier License and gained hands on experience by coaching premier teams in CT (CFC and Weston KAOS).
After Graduating with honors from CCSU, Alex joined the Soccer Extreme staff in 2005. He continued on to volunteer assist on the CCSU coaching staff and then was drafting 1st round 6th pick to the Milwaukee Wave in the Major Indoor Soccer League. He finished his playing career down in North Carolina playing Pro for the Wilmington Hammerheads in the United Soccer League. He has been overseeing Premier programs for 4 years now and currently has created a Connecticut Football Club Extreme branch that runs out of Brookfield and Danbury. Alex is an important part to our summer residential camps and has enjoyed Directing our weeks for many year now.
After several years coaching in New England, and then back in England, he had a great opportunity to work in Chicago as part of the Fire Camps and Training program. There he was fortunate to manage the Chicago Fire Regional Development Schools and subsequently progress to Regional Manager for the organization, as well as coach within several top programs in the area including Chicago Fire Juniors.
Following his playing career,Wilson took to the college ranks as Head Coach of City College of New York leading CCNY to 4 Conference titles, National spotlight, earning himself 6 Coach of the Year Awards and his name in the CCNY Hall of Fame in 1992. After coaching CCNY,Wilson was recruited to be an Olympic Development Coach, where for 5 years he scouted and developed top American Soccer players. While an ODP coach Wilson took on an assortment of Manhattan Soccer Club and high school coaching jobs distinguishing himself as one of the nation's premier youth coaches. Most recentlyWilson led his Manhattan SC Phoenix to a Region 1 North Division Championship and the Horace Mann Lions to a NYSAIAA State Championship. Wilson is both a licensed American and Brazilian Soccer coach earning his US Soccer Federation Coaching "A" License in 1987, National Soccer Coaches Association of America (Premier License) in 2002, State of Rio de Janeiro Soccer Coaching License in 2001, and Brazilian National Soccer Coaching License in 1995.
Nathan has been coaching soccer since 2001when he became a voluntary coach with a local boys team. Since then has worked with the University of Dundee, Dundee Football club, and The Scottish Football Association, where he has coached children aging from 3-18. Since moving across to America he has worked in the New England area mainly with Wilton where he has coached for 9 seasons, winning a handful of tournaments in CT and NY. He has been the Director of WSA Boys Travel and Academy in Wilton for the Spring 2011 season and currently coaches the U10 age group. Alongside working at CFC Samba Premier with the U10 Boys.
Kevin first came out to coach in the USA in 2007 . During this time he was coaching in soccer programs in towns such as Wilton and New Canaan, where he ran Travel and High School teams. He achieved undefeated season status at both levels. Last year he was made Director of Goalkeeping with UK International Soccer Camps and Everton America CT. Additionally in the Fall of 2010, he was head coach of the U12 Girls at Everton America. He currently holds the position of Quinnipiac University Women’s Goalkeeper Coach.
Elise also volunteers for the Husky Reach program in which student-athletes help promote a healthy lifestyle to middle school students. Since finishing her youth career, Elise is a NSCAA national license holder and has coached with the NY program Quickstrike FC and for West Point Academy. She currently works at wiltonsport&fitness.com and coaches at Wilton Soccer Association as girls U10 head coach.
Prince currently is 25 years old and holds a degree in Sports Science as well as an FA level 2 and UEFA B coaching qualification. He has coached many different age groups ranging from U16 to adult at London Tigers (which is a semi-professional football club in England), as well as helping out the u16's West Ham Boys Academy. Prince arrived in the USA at the end of March 2011. Since then he has worked for UK International, coaching in both middle school and elementary schools; as well as working with Soccer Extreme where he coached both boys and girls travel teams ranging from U9 to U14. He also coaches at the premier level with CFC Extreme.
Daniel was also a coach mentor for Shefford town’s youth team coaches and also managed Baldock town’s u9 team, who won the league cup last season. Daniel holds the FA’s level 2 certificate in coaching football and the NSCAA National Diploma (equivalent of USSF C). Daniel is also a qualified fitness instructor. Since working in the US Dan has worked in a variety of programs. As well as Head Coaching on the Wilton U11 Boys teams he also has worked at CFC Samba and CFC Extreme programs with a variety of teams.
Allan is the program’s all-time leading point scorer with 139 in her career. She also holds the school record for game-winning goals (15), career goals (58), and ranks fourth in assists (23). Allan was inducted into the Fairfield University Alumni Association Hall of Fame in 2006.

John Salvatoreis the founder and President of Soccer Extreme. John played at UCONN and then professionally for the USL “A” League Connecticut Wolves. He was then invited to play in the MLS combine, and in 1996, led the nation in goals against and was offered a contract to play for the Revolution (MLS) and for the world-famous Brazilian Club Santos (which is most noted as the club with which Pele played). John holds a USSF “B” License, NSCAA Premier License, National Youth License and a CBF Brazilian License. He is a former college coach of two Division 1 programs. At the University of Hartford Woman’s program they were nationally ranked as high as 4th in the country and had 4 NCAA appearances. While at Yale University‘s Men‘s program for 6 years, he was the 1st assistant, assuming roles of player development, national and international recruitment, game assessments, Goalkeeper development and scouting.
Craig Horne is Vice President at Soccer Extreme. Originally from South Africa, Craig trained professionally with Albertain Callies and while training with them he decided to pursue an education and play soccer overseas in the USA. In 1994, Craig received a soccer scholarship to Lander University in South Carolina, where he went on to graduate Cum Laude with a degree in marketing management and a minor in Philosophy.
Alex Harrison, was born in the South of England. Alex Started his professional soccer career at Portsmouth Football Club. He went on to lead his Country as a Captain from the ages of 16 to 19, and broke the national youth goal scoring record that was held previously by a current professional, Jack Lester (Nottingham Forest F.C). Then he became a two time All-American at N.C.A.A. Division One's Central Connecticut State University. He was twice Player of the Year and once the Rookie of the Year in the North East Conference. His Junior year he was the top Goal Scorer in the N.C.A.A Division One.
Graeme Lloyd is originally from Norwich, England. He first came to USA coaching after graduating in 2005 from Buckinghamshire Chilterns University.
Wilson Egidio grew up in Belo Horizonte , Brazil . Climbing the ranks at Wila Nova,Wilson moved on to play professional as a member of Santos FC, Pele's former club. Following his time with Santos , Wilson took his professional playing career toNew York City , where he joined the American Soccer League as a member of NY United.
Nathan Holme is originally from Dundee, Scotland and currently resides in West Haven, Ct. He graduated from the university of Aberdeen there with a BSc in Sports Studies in 2006.
Kevin Stewart is originally from Aberdeen, Scotland and currently resides in Orange,CT. He has been playing competitive soccer since the age of 6, and has played for development level teams at the youth level before going onto a Semi Professional level as a teenager.
Elise Fugowski is originally from Vernon, NJ. After being on the u16 US National Team Pool she went to UCONN to play on a scholarship. There she played for four years and was named Captain her senior year. She was named BIG EAST all tournament team and BIG EAST first team.
Prince Ojok played for several clubs during his youth career including; Brentford FC from the age of 16-17; Charlton FC Academy from the age of 17 to 18; and England Schoolboys as a u18. In addition he captained his county soccer team (Surrey) at the age of 18. He attended American International College in 2008 where he was given a full scholarship whilst studying for his graduate degree in Business administration.
Daniel Pinkerton is originally from Hertfordshire in the UK. He played semi-professionally for Stevenage and Welwyn Garden City before joining the Army aged 19. After 5 years of service Daniel left to pursue a coaching career. Daniel played for Buntingford town, Shefford town (where he became player manager in 2009), and Arlesey town where he was player coach for the reserve team.
Abby Allan is originally from New Zealand, Abby played for her country’s national squad before coming to the United States to attend Fairfield University and play soccer. She made the most of that opportunity, earning Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Rookie of the Year honors in 1996. Allan would go on to be named MAAC Player of the Year in 1997 and 1998, earning honorable mention All-America status in 1998, and led the Stags to three consecutive conference titles and NCAA Tournament appearances. She also made a few appearances for the W-Leagues New York Magic in 1998.
