Physical Performance Program Extreme will provide players with professional soccer specific preparation giving them the edge and the chance to keep up with the ever evolving, fast paced game of soccer.
Our program is a great way for individuals or groups to work together to prepare or supplement their team training programs. We provide personal attention and focus on each athlete, using age appropriate testing to monitor and chart progress during the program. This provides players with an education on how and why this makes such an important part of the game.
All sessions will incorporate the use of the soccer ball as much as possible and as ability dictates. Sessions will focus on developing:

The college modules will include performance testing to enable participants to compare against national benchmarks and gain a clear understanding of where they stand and what they need to improve.
